As mums to young children we understand how hard it can be making time for exercise.
We created this programme to be flexible, with short effective workouts that you can easily fit into your day.
Motherhood brings with it many challenges and changes to your body. Trying to regain your pre-pregnancy body can feel challenging. Plus, finding the time to exercise as a new mum can be tricky.

Our online programmes include specially designed Pilates workouts to help you regain your core strength and repair a diastasis recti, low impact fitness exercises that strengthen and tone without straining your pelvic floor and nutrition advice to help boost your energy levels.
Please remember to stop exercising should you feel any pain or discomfort whilst taking part in this programme and consult your midwife or GP for further advice.
